2011 Boarding & Related Fees

• Full Stable Board: $450/month
• Pasture Board: $225/month

Boarding fees include twice daily feeding of Purina Products (some pastures are fed only once a day in the summer due to availability of grass), hay and complete use of facilities including barn, tack room, arena and Extreme Cowboy Course. 

Boarding fees are due in advance of the First day of each month. Partial month's boarding shall be paid on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days boarded in a standard 30-day month.

Late Fees: Boarding fees paid between the sixth and fifteenth day of the current month due will be subject to a late fee of $15.00. Fees received after the sixteenth will be subject to a late fee of $25.00

Note: Stable/Property hours are 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Please make advance arrangements with Stable should you need access before or after hours.
